This Privacy Policy describes how Firebrain, LLC (“Firebrain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with GetViral (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your email address and authentication credentials.
• Content you submit. Video and audio you upload, the prompts you write, and edits or renders generated from them.
• Usage information. Logs, device and browser metadata, IP address, and interactions with the Service (such as features used and timestamps).
• Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• process your content with AI models in order to generate edits, captions, and other outputs you request;
• communicate with you about your account, billing, and updates;
• detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train foundation models.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors that help us run the Service, including hosting and database (Supabase), AI model providers (such as Anthropic), transcription providers (such as Deepgram), media storage, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually limited to using information only to perform services for us.
• Legal compliance. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Firebrain, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded media and generated renders are retained for the duration required to provide the Service and a reasonable period thereafter, unless you delete them sooner. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing david@getviral.cc. You may close your account at any time; doing so will delete or anonymize the associated data on a reasonable schedule.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data-protection laws different from your own.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
